Keep an eye on your basement

This Eastern Toledo basement was slowly filling up with water without anyone noticing. The customer was elderly and only used the basement for storage. There was a broken pipe to the water fed sump pump causing the basement to slowly fill with water. It was up to the 3rd step by the time someone found it. SERVPRO of Toledo East We was able to pump out the water, professionally clean and dry the structure.  Additionally we were able to help the customer sort and clean much of the contents.
